Warranty Services Policy For Other products Warranty conditions

* The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the Product.
* Different Warranty Periods are provided for different products ,Warranty Period will stated when goods are sold.
* Replacement period depends on the products , it will stated when goods are sold .but it is based from date we receive the faulty item back at our company.
* If the items do not belong to Amir S Pte Ltd , we will return it , and customer will be liable for all related expenses.
* For replacements issued as repaired our upgraded product , the warranty period is the remainder of original warranty period.
* To request warranty service and before returning a Product to us , please contact our support department to check its warranty validation firstly.

Replacement
Replacement period varies depending on the product.


* We will use same brands , same capacity items for replacement first.
* In case we don't have it, we will use other brands , but same capacity items for replacement.
* If we upgrade , the upgrading fee will be based on the difference between the market price for the old capacity and the new capacity.
* For replacements issued as repaired or upgraded product, the warranty period is the remainder of the original warranty period.

Reject Terms
This warranty does not cover any of the following conditions:

* Product are not directly purchased from Amir S Pte Ltd by one of its customers.
* Products that are out of warranty
* Products whose Manufacturer original Serial Number and/or Material Number label have been removed, torn or defaced
* Especially for cases of re-labeling ,customer will be held liable for any legal action by the manufacturer or others
* Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
* Unusual physical or electrical stress or power fluctuations
* Damage caused during installation of the Product
* Damage caused by the equipment or system with which the Product is used
* Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by Manufacturer
* Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
* Damage caused by lack of ESD protection
* Products that are determined to be stolen.

For products complying with the warranty terms, we will return back the replacement items at the customers expense.

Please note that Amir S Pte Ltd reserves the right to update from time to time the warranty terms provided for new purchases of RD products, and to establish the effective date of those updated warranty terms.
