General Terms
1. refurbishedharddisk.com is not liable in any way for the content posted, opinions expressed, or actions of the users of our services/products. Any concerns about the above should be sent directly to enquiry@refurbishedharddisk.com.
2. Interpretation. The provisions of this Policy are intended as guidelines and are not meant to be exhaustive. Generally, conduct that violates law, regulation, or the accepted norms of the Internet community, whether or not expressly mentioned in this Policy, is prohibited. Planetbabysigns.com reserves the right at all times to prohibit activities that damage its commercial reputation and goodwill.
3. Modification. Planetbabysigns.com reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice. We will be the sole arbitrator as to what constitutes a violation of any of these provisions.
4. Reporting Abuse. Any party seeking to report any violations of refurbishedharddisk.com policies should contact enquiry@refurbishedharddisk.com.
5. Prices. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless otherwise stated.
Warranty of Merchantability
6. All our goods are of merchandisable condition and will serve their intended functions.
7. Warranty conditions:
* The start of the warranty period is the documented date of your purchase of the Product.
* Different Warranty Periods are provided for different products ,Warranty Period will stated when goods are sold.
* Replacement period depends on the products , it will stated when goods are sold .but it is based from date we receive the faulty item back at our company.
* If the items do not belong to Amir S Pte Ltd , we will return it , and customer will be liable for all related expenses.
* For replacements issued as repaired our upgraded product , the warranty period is the remainder of original warranty period.
* To request warranty service and before returning a Product to us , please contact our support department to check its warranty validation firstly.
Replacement
8. Replacement period varies depending on the product.
* We will use same brands , same capacity items for replacement first.
* In case we don't have it, we will use other brands , but same capacity items for replacement.
* If we upgrade , the upgrading fee will be based on the difference between the market price for the old capacity and the new capacity.
* For replacements issued as repaired or upgraded product, the warranty period is the remainder of the original warranty period.

Reject Terms
9. This warranty does not cover any of the following conditions:
* Product are not directly purchased from Amir S Pte Ltd by one of its customers.
* Products that are out of warranty
* Products whose Manufacturer original Serial Number and/or Material Number label have been removed, torn or defaced
* Especially for cases of re-labeling ,customer will be held liable for any legal action by the manufacturer or others
* Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect
* Unusual physical or electrical stress or power fluctuations
* Damage caused during installation of the Product
* Damage caused by the equipment or system with which the Product is used
* Damage caused by modification or repair not made or authorized by Manufacturer
* Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
* Damage caused by lack of ESD protection
* Products that are determined to be stolen.
For products complying with the warranty terms, we will return back the replacement items at the customers expense.
Please note that Amir S Pte Ltd reserves the right to update from time to time the warranty terms provided for new purchases of RD products, and to establish the effective date of those updated warranty terms.
Prices
10. All our prices are net price in S$. No discounts will be given unless shown on our web page or during special promotions.
Delivery Services (Effective 1st January 2006)
11. Deliveries will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates or customers can appoint their own shipping company. All delivery costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise negotiated.
Payment Processing
12. We accept cheque, or cash-on-delivery and electronic bank transfer/ bank TT payment options.
13. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
14. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
Exchange & Refunds
15. Total customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not satisfied with the item purchased, you can return the item to us for refund or exchange. For details on how to return the items purchased for refund or exchange, please refer to our Warranty and/ or Replacement section
Consequences of Violation Policy
16. When refurbishedharddisk.com becomes aware of an alleged violation of its Acceptable Use Policy, refurbishedharddisk.com will initiate an investigation. During the investigation refurbishedharddisk.com may restrict Customer’s access in order to prevent further possible unauthorized activity. Depending on the severity of the violation, refurbishedharddisk.com may, at its sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate Customer's account without notice or refund, and/or pursue other civil remedies.
17. If such violation is a criminal offense, refurbishedharddisk.com will notify the appropriate law enforcement department of such violation.
18. refurbishedharddisk.com does not issue payment refunds for any outages incurred through service disablement resulting from violations of this agreement.
